Refund policy

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Claims relating to incorrect, defective or materially damaged products must be reported within forty-eight hours of delivery with supporting photographs, order details and unboxing evidence where requested. Returned products are subject to inspection before any resolution is offered.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits issued by Sadanand Apparels are non-transferable, non-refundable and redeemable only through the associated customer account. Unless otherwise specified, store credits remain valid for twelve months.
