Refund policy

 

At Kyroz, we value your satisfaction and aim to make exchanges seamless. We offer a 30-day exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

To qualify, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start an exchange, please email us at kyroz.apparel@gmail.com. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your location. You do not need to visit a courier or handle logistics—we’ll take care of it for you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement through our reverse logistics system at no additional cost to you.

Exchange Process

Once your return is collected and inspected, your replacement item will be shipped out promptly. If the requested size or style is unavailable, you will be given the option of:

  1. Selecting another item of equal value, or

  2. Receiving a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds in Case of Unavailability

If your requested exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations, a full refund will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
