Users shall not engage in unlawful conduct, upload malicious software, interfere with website operations, scrape content, misuse promotional offers, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights or attempt unauthorized access to systems. Sadanand Apparels reserves the right to suspend accounts and refuse service.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to ensure product descriptions, measurements, pricing, images and specifications are close to accurate. However, colors, textures and appearances may vary due to display settings, photography and manufacturing tolerances. Such differences shall not constitute defects.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated. Payments may be accepted through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets and approved payment methods. The Company reserves the right to revise prices, correct errors and cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are deemed accepted only after payment verification and dispatch confirmation. Sadanand Apparels reserves the right to reject, cancel or limit any order due to stock issues, fraud concerns, pricing errors or operational reasons.
